There are quite a few releases which are from the Roxy 1981. The reason is that the Stray Cats played 3 shows in 2 days at the Roxy. On 2 september they played 1 show. On 3 september they played two shows. One at 9:00 PM (21:00) and one at 11:30 PM (23:30).
The record companies are not accurate at all when it comes to information about when it was recorded. However we know the setlist on 3 september is quite different from the shows at 2 september. Based on this information I concluded that the releases here are from 2 september. If you have evidence to prove me wrong please send a mail to the_Anchorman.
